Energy-Efficient Operations: Our facility is equipped with an on-site air compressor and nitrogen generator, reducing reliance on external gas deliveries.

COâ‚‚ Reduction: Self-generated nitrogen is used to purge tanks—replacing COâ‚‚—a more sustainable and energy-conscious practice.

Thermal Efficiency: A two-stage heat exchange system optimizes energy recovery during the brewing process, lowering our carbon footprint.

Carbon Neutral Brewing Waste

Grain bags are responsibly recycled.

Spent grains are repurposed as animal feed for local farmers, supporting circular agriculture.

Residual yeast is reused in biofertilizer production, enhancing hayfield productivity without synthetic additives.

Sustainable Packaging

We use simple, reusable, and recycled plastic holders that fit standard can sizes—promoting reuse and reducing plastic waste.

 

We’ve transitioned from bottles to cans to enhance recyclability and reduce shipping emissions.
